Job description

Description

Field Sales Representative | Premium Indoor RV Storage

Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Field Sales | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Six-Figure Earning Potential

This isn't a desk job. It's a hunt.

If you've built your career knocking doors, generating your own opportunities, and closing business that didn't exist before you showed up, keep reading.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is experiencing massive growth in a very smart way and fosters winning as a team. This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with legitimate six-figure earning potential.

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), the most respected name in the luxury RV industry, is actively seeking a Field Sales Representative to help fill our premium indoor RV storage facility in Phoenix.

We are a premier full-service RV company that values lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community. We are continuing to grow fast and are seeking exceptional individuals eager to become long-term valued members of the NIRVC family.

Your mission is simple: Fill our storage buildings with long-term customers by creating demand in the field, one relationship at a time.

This is a true field sales position. You will spend the majority of your time creating opportunities, meeting prospective customers, building relationships, and generating new business, not sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

This is also the first hire in a multi-market expansion strategy. Success in Phoenix will become the blueprint for future locations across the country.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

You've already proven you can knock doors, create opportunities, and build business from nothing.

Now imagine doing it without climbing roofs, crawling through attics, chasing storm seasons, working only when the weather cooperates, worrying about financing approvals, dealing with chargebacks and rescissions, or wondering where your next territory assignment will be.

Instead, you'll represent the most respected name in the luxury RV industry, helping customers protect one of the largest investments they'll ever make. The Class A motorhomes you'll work with often range from $250,000 to more than $1 million, and their owners expect a premium experience.

You'll sell a much-needed premium service, build lasting relationships with affluent RV owners, and create opportunities not only for luxury indoor storage, but also for service, detailing, collision repair, and future RV sales.

Bring the same hustle. Bring the same work ethic. Keep the same six-figure earning potential.

If you prove yourself over the next 18 to 24 months, you'll have the opportunity to compete for advancement into other revenue-generating positions within NIRVC. We don't just hire hunters. We invest in them.

What makes us unique?
  • We have five facility locations in Las Vegas, Dallas, Phoenix, Nashville, and Atlanta, and we're growing.

  • We are a full-service luxury RV company offering sales, service, collision repair, detailing, and premium indoor storage.

  • We are expanding and building brand-new, state-of-the-art centers.

  • Our atmosphere is one where we consider ourselves a mentoring facility where everyone helps, promotes, and cares about one another.

  • Every storage customer represents more than a rental space. They become part of a long-term relationship with one of the nation's premier luxury RV companies.

As a valued member of the NIRVC family, you will receive the following benefits:

We believe in investing in our employees by providing a great benefit package that starts on the 1st of the month following your start date, including:

  • Health insurance with a low deductible

  • Vision

  • Dental

  • PPO or HSA plan to choose from

  • 401(k) + Company profit sharing

  • Teledoc services

  • Prescription coverage

  • Life insurance

  • Accident and Disability insurance

  • Voluntary supplemental benefits

  • Voluntary life insurance

  • Voluntary long-term disability

  • Voluntary short-term disability

  • Voluntary critical care

  • Employee assistance program, mental health

  • Employee assistance, financial planning

  • Employee assistance legal services such as will preparation

  • Ongoing training to help you reach your career goals

  • Industry-leading pay

  • Top-notch work facilities

  • Career advancement opportunities

Responsibilities of an NIRVC Field Sales Representative:
  • Generate new business through daily field prospecting, networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building.

  • Visit RV parks, campgrounds, HOA communities, dealerships, repair facilities, storage competitors, and other locations where RV owners gather.

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline from the first conversation through a signed storage agreement.

  • Develop relationships with prospective customers and educate them on the value of NIRVC's premium indoor RV storage and full-service ownership experience.

  • Create demand by introducing affluent RV owners to the benefits of premium indoor storage with top-notch on-site service and maintenance.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM and company sales processes.

  • Meet or exceed monthly occupancy and revenue objectives while creating long-term customer relationships.

  • Work closely with our Sales, Service, and Storage teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Represent NIRVC professionally throughout the Phoenix market.

  • Spend the substantial majority of your workweek in the field meeting prospective customers and generating new business.

Qualifications for an NIRVC Field Sales Representative:
  • Proven success in outside sales, field sales, or self-generated business development.

  • Experience in door-to-door sales or another high-activity, face-to-face commission environment is highly preferred.

  • Candidates with successful backgrounds in solar, roofing, pest control, home security, telecommunications, windows, HVAC, automotive sales, fitness memberships, medical device sales, and similar commission-driven industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven by results.

  • Upbeat, enthusiastic, and a can-do attitude.

  • Comfortable working independently throughout the Phoenix market.

  • Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Experience using CRM software is preferred.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities designed to reward performance, customer acquisition, and long-term occupancy growth.
