Job DescriptionSenior Product Manager- Financial Services

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products that drive business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

Your Impact
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and discovery to delivery and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive product innovation.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of products into existing systems and processes.
  • Advocate for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making to enhance product experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management platforms (e.g., Charles River, Aladdin, Simcorp) and strong familiarity with capital markets.
  • Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and investors for requirements gathering, workshops, and roadmap alignment.
  • Deep domain expertise in financial markets (Equity & Fixed Income) with solid understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
  • Experience coordinating with engineering teams to translate business requirements into delivered outcomes.
  • Experience managing UAT cycles and securing investor sign-off.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance day-to-day product delivery.
  • Experience defining and owning product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks in a regulated financial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with data to inform product decisions and measure success (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Prior experience in a buy-side or sell-side firm (asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank) is a strong plus.
  • Certifications such as CFA are a plus but not required.

Pay Range: $140,000-$180,000
