Simulation professionals use specialized software and models to replicate real-world scenarios, allowing organizations to analyze outcomes, improve designs, or train personnel safely and cost-effectively.

What does a sim do?

Simulation Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing simulation models to test products, processes, or systems in a virtual environment. Throughout a typical week, they collaborate closely with design, engineering, and testing teams to gather requirements, implement simulation scenarios, and interpret results to guide decision-making.
