Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong typing capabilities, and previous car experience.
Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks: presenting work to customers, addressing customer inquiries, and managing the readiness of the lobby, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
  • Convert every Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) into a clear, prioritized estimate for the client
  • Maintain a personal Close Ratio of at least 25%
  • Lobby Management & Customer Experience coordinator
  • Actively sell high-margin fluid services (Coolant, Brake, Transmission) and Filter packages (Cabin/Air) identified by technicians.
  • Accurately process all transactions, ensuring credit card signatures match and cash drawers balance daily
  • Handle national fleet paperwork and authorizations (e.g., Hertz, SilverRock, ARI) immediately upon vehicle arrival.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required
  • Successful completion of a background screening
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales
