Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Full-Time and Part-Time all shifts - Silver Birch of Mansfield - Now Open!
Silver Birch Living is coming to Mansfield!
We're opening Silver Birch of Mansfield in Spring 2026 - an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Mansfield area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.
Are you passionate about supporting our growing senior population? Do you want to make a meaningful impact at an Assisted Living community that prioritizes exceptional resident care? We're looking for full and part-time CMAs to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Our CMAs support residents' health, safety, and daily care needs by assisting with medications and personal care.
  • Assist residents with daily care needs, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), following individualized care plans
  • Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments as directed, within your scope of practice
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Wellness Nurse and clinical team
  • Document care and services accurately in the electronic health record
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
  • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
  • Work closely with the Wellness team to support overall clinical operations and resident needs

What You Bring
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, assisted living preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • State of Ohio Medication Aide Certificate (CMA), in good standing
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications, preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
