Job description

Come be part of Silver Birch of Midtown! Weโ€™re looking for dependable Medication Technicians who want a rewarding career in Assisted Living and take pride in providing safe, accurate care for seniors.

In this role, youโ€™ll support residents by managing medication documentation, following safety standards, and working closely with the care team to ensure every resident receives the highest level of care.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Accurately document and track medication activity

  • Follow all medication management policies and procedures

  • Record resident medical information and vital signs

  • Monitor and document resident self-administration of medications

  • Order and re-order medications and supplies; coordinate with pharmacy and families

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living

  • Arizona State Caregiver Certification (Direct Care)

  • CPR/First Aid Certification

  • Valid fingerprint clearance card

  • Food handlerโ€™s card

  • Strong attention to detail and a caring attitude
