A global and top 50 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their Capital Markets team for any of their Boston, DC, New York, Austin, Houston, Los Angeles, Orange County, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, or Silicon Valley offices.


The ideal candidate must have 2-6 years of equity and/or debt capital markets experience and has major law firm experience, a commitment to excellent client service, and significant experience in public securities offerings of both equity and debt. Bonus for experience representing public companies. Served as the lead associate on securities offerings as both issuer and underwriter counsel, or a candidate that can step into a leadership role. Strong interpersonal skills and a motivated, entrepreneurial outlook are essential. Candidates must also possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication and organizational skills, and Bar membership in the state where they wish to practice.
