What You'll Do
  • Install residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
  • Complete equipment replacements and new installations
  • Install line sets, ductwork, venting, and related HVAC components
  • Start up and test newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

  • EPA Certification preferred
