Job description

Summary

In this role, the employee will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. The graphic designer will work on digital and print design projects, such as: brochures, logos, posters, info-graphics, advertisements, fleet decals, short-form video projects, and motion graphics. This individual will require a strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for enhancing the Foster Fuels brand. They will work collectively with the Marketing team and other operations departments to ensure content accuracy and consistency with company strategy.

SALARY RANGE

  • $50,000.00/Annually to $70,000.00/Annually DOE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to produce content
  • Following or creating brand design guidelines
  • Developing ideas and collaborating to make design choices for company content
  • Executing creative initiatives for marketing across print, email, web, and social channels
  • Studying design briefs and conceptualizing visuals
  • Developing graphics, images, videos, and designs using design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Create graphics for output via Watchfire Ignite
  • Print and laminate signage/decals via Versaworks
  • Preparing rough concept presentations for team feedback
  • Incorporating feedback and amending designs
  • Effectively utilize virtual means to communicate with other departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design
  • 5 - 8 years' experience in graphic design

Preferred Skills:
