Job description

Purpose

The Senior Multimedia Designer serves as a key in-house creative partner supporting Roseburg’s Marketing, Communications, Sales, and other teams. This role leads the development of visual and multimedia content that strengthens Roseburg’s brand and supports product marketing, corporate communications, recruiting, and customer engagement efforts.

This position is responsible for producing high-quality creative work across print, digital, video, social media, presentations, packaging, photography, and other branded applications. This role requires a highly capable, hands-on creative professional who can manage projects independently, produce high-quality work across multiple channels, and help maintain a consistent and modern brand presence across the organization.



Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced visual communicator with a strong background in both graphic design and multimedia content creation. This person should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through execution while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.



The role requires strong design fundamentals, modern creative sensibilities, and practical experience producing photo and video content for marketing, communications, recruiting, and brand storytelling purposes. The successful candidate will bring a high level of organization, creative problem solving, attention to detail, and professionalism to the role. Experience supporting B2B, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or building products brands is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of creative assets across print, digital, video, presentation, social media, apparel/merchandise, and other branded applications
  • Serve as a primary in-house creative resource for Marketing, Communications, Sales, HR, and other internal teams
  • Develop and maintain branded templates, visual systems, and creative standards to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Create visual storytelling that supports product marketing, corporate communications, recruiting, and brand-building initiatives
  • Design brochures, sales literature, presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, email assets, signage, packaging, and other branded materials
  • Capture and edit photo and video content for internal updates, recruiting, product storytelling, social media, and trade events
  • Help strengthen Roseburg’s visual brand presence across channels while maintaining brand standards
  • Provide guidance on layout, typography, photography, video, and overall visual consistency
  • Manage multiple creative projects while balancing deadlines, stakeholder needs, and creative quality
  • Help organize and maintain Roseburg’s digital asset library for improved accessibility and usability
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, freelancers, printers, and agency partners as needed
  • Support and review external creative work to ensure brand consistency
  • Utilize platforms such as Asana, SharePoint, Outlook, and Salesforce to support workflow and project execution
  • Develop familiarity with Roseburg products, customers, and markets to create more effective and informed creative work
  • Travel occasionally to Roseburg facilities, customer locations, trade events, and jobsites for photo and video capture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia, digital media, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or related creative role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and multimedia content creation across multiple channels
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience with photography, video capture, and video editing
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and production best practices
  • Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or building products brands
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Experience creating content for social media and internal communications
  • Familiarity with Asana, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms
  • Experience working with external agencies, printers, and production vendors
