We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about transforming ideas into high-quality printed materials that elevate our brand. This role is dedicated primarily to designing print assets that support retail merchandising, product packaging, marketing collateral, and branded environments.

What You'll Do

As our Graphic Designer, you'll create high-quality visual assets with a primary focus on printed marketing materials, packaging, retail signage, point-of-purchase displays, trade show graphics, and branded environments. Working closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, you'll transform business objectives into production-ready creative that supports our retail presence, product launches, and overall brand experience.
Essential Functions (Included but not limited to): 

  • Develop print-focused graphic design solutions across customer touchpoints including packaging, marketing collateral, retail signage, and promotional materials.

  • Design in-store graphics, signage, and point-of-purchase displays that highlight product performance and enhance the retail experience.

  • Create packaging, hangtags, labels, and product support materials aligned with brand standards and retail requirements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to support the design of trade show booths, event materials, and branded environments.

  • Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure designs meet production specifications, including color accuracy, file preparation, and print vendor requirements.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency.

  • Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions that support BEDGEAR's brand storytelling and performance-driven identity.

  • Stay informed on design trends, print technologies, and production techniques to help elevate the brand's visual presentation.

  • Support additional creative initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English literate and proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
Preferred: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or performance/lifestyle brands.
