Job description

Express Sign & Graphics is seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Sign Installer/Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3โ€“5 years of sign industry experience and be skilled in sign fabrication, vinyl application, sign surveys, and field installation. This position requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to interact professionally with customers on-site.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Fabricate and assemble a variety of custom signs and graphicsโ€จโ€ข Install post and panel signs, dimensional letters, wall signs, and acrylic signsโ€จโ€ข Apply vinyl graphics to windows, walls, vehicles, and sign panelsโ€จโ€ข Install wall murals, wall graphics, and window graphicsโ€จโ€ข Install ADA signage, office signage, and interior wayfinding systemsโ€จโ€ข Conduct site surveys, field measurements, and document existing conditionsโ€จโ€ข Read and interpret sign drawings, layouts, and work ordersโ€จโ€ข Verify installation requirements and identify potential site challengesโ€จโ€ข Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and on scheduleโ€จโ€ข Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipmentโ€จโ€ข Maintain company vehicles, tools, and work areasโ€จโ€ข Represent the company professionally while working at customer locations

Required Qualifications

โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of experience in the sign industryโ€จโ€ข Strong experience with vinyl application and graphic installationโ€จโ€ข Experience conducting sign surveys and taking accurate field measurementsโ€จโ€ข Experience installing:

Physical Requirements
