Job description

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing sign installation company out of Minooka, IL, in search of a sign installer to join the growing team in their shop! The ideal candidate would be mechanically inclined, have great attention to detail, and be able to have stellar work attendance! Urgently Hiring! Apply today - start same week! Pay:
  • $25.00-$30.00/HR

Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 3:00pm - Occasional OT on Saturdays

Job Duties/ Requirements:
  • Install vinyl graphics, decals, and full wraps on vehicles, including cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles.
  • Apply decals, lettering, and signage to windows, walls, doors, and other surfaces at customer locations and in the shop.
  • Safely transport, prepare, and position signs and materials for installation.
  • Measure, align, and position graphics accurately according to design specifications.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as heat guns, ladders, lifts, and hand tools required for installation.
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of materials.
  • Remove old signage and prepare surfaces for new installations as needed.
  • Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure correct layout, sizing, and placement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure vehicles and equipment are in good condition.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures during installations.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients on-site.
  • Assist with in-shop production tasks when not on installation jobs (e.g., weeding, masking, trimming vinyl).
