As a Recruiter, more specifically a Freight Agent Recruiter, you'll identify, engage, and attract experienced independent freight agents who are evaluating their next business partner. You'll act as a recruiter, consultant, salesperson, and trusted advisor, helping entrepreneurial freight professionals understand how England Logistics can help them grow their business, increase profitability, and better serve their customers.

• Base salary of $70,000
• Salary paid every Friday, plus monthly commissions
• First-year on-target earnings of $80,000 to $90,000+

• Proactively identify and recruit qualified independent freight agents through outbound prospecting.
• Utilize LinkedIn, social media, industry networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to generate opportunities.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 quality prospecting calls per day.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Lead discovery conversations to understand a prospective agent's business, goals, and challenges.
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with freight industry entrepreneurs.
• Present England Logistics' Agent Partnership Program and articulate our value proposition..
• Guide prospects through the full recruitment and sales process from first contact through signed agreement.

• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Track recruiting activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health within CRM systems.
• Prioritize opportunities that align with business goals and long-term success.
• Consistently work toward monthly recruiting and onboarding targets.

• Partner closely with Agent Services and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new agents.
• Help accelerate agent success by facilitating strong onboarding experiences.
• Provide accurate reporting and updates on recruiting activity and pipeline performance.

Successful Agent Recruiters consistently:

• Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified agents.
• Meet or exceed recruiting and onboarding goals.
• Create meaningful relationships with independent business owners.
• Help drive revenue growth within the Agent Services Division.

• Onboard a minimum of 3 new agents per month
• New agents move at least 10 shipments within their first 30 days
• Complete 50 quality prospecting calls daily
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and reporting
• Consistently source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and industry channels

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in outbound sales, recruiting, business development, or account acquisition
• Freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus

• Proven hunter mentality and prospecting ability
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
• Social media savvy, particularly on LinkedIn
• Ability to influence decision-makers and close opportunities
• Strong organization and CRM discipline
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
