• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify specific mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing secure and user-friendly virtual communication tools to engage with clients effectively.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and maintain ongoing support through regular check-ins and adaptations to treatment strategies as needed.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, ensuring each client's treatment approach reflects their preferences and feedback.
• Keep accurate and timely electronic documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, complying with organizational policies and state regulations.

This role involves working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults from varying backgrounds and with distinct mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist at Signify Health, you will play a critical role in reducing stigma and providing crucial mental health support in a society where access to care is often limited.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport effectively with clients in a virtual setting.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards client care, with a strong ability to navigate sensitive discussions.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to handle therapeutic sessions and documentation efficiently in a remote environment.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling environment, particularly in delivering telehealth services.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.
• Experience in working with specific populations, such as children or the elderly, may be beneficial.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $104,000 per year based on your caseload, experience, and performance.
