• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health needs, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized therapy services through secure virtual channels, drawing upon your expertise in therapeutic methods and client-centered care.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide continuous support, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on clients' progress and feedback.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, customizing your approach to align with clients’ preferences and therapeutic objectives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Your work will predominantly focus on adults and adolescents facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By offering empathetic support and skilled guidance, you will help clients navigate their mental health concerns and achieve their personal goals.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and a strong therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep sense of empathy and understanding toward clients’ experiences and challenges is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, particularly in maintaining documentation and scheduling therapy sessions remotely.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote mental health services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software can enhance your workflow.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and varying mental health needs will be beneficial.
