• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Provide therapy sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and ease of access.
• Foster strong, therapeutic relationships through effective communication, active listening, and empathy, facilitating client engagement and trust.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, delivering continuous support throughout their therapeutic journey while maintaining accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Your expertise will be directed towards a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients will come from underserved communities or have limited access to traditional mental health services. Your role is crucial in bridging that gap, making a significant impact on their overall mental health and wellness.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion in dealing with diverse client experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to optimize your remote practice effectively.

• Experience working with electronic health record systems for managing client documentation and progress notes.
• Familiarity with teletherapy and virtual counseling practices is highly advantageous.
• Prior work in community health settings or with similar patient populations.

• Starting salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
