• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, including their emotional, psychological, and social functioning.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices and tailored to each client’s specific goals and preferences.
• Provide direct therapy services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring that each session is engaging and effective.
• Facilitate ongoing client communication to assess progress, address concerns, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and feedback in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops, to stay current with the latest mental health trends and practices.

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, economic, and social backgrounds. Your clients may experience a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Your understanding and empathy will be crucial in establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance and helping clients navigate their path to wellness.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding of various mental health challenges, enabling you to support clients effectively through their healing journeys.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills, allowing you to balance multiple clients and documentation efficiently.

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a remote or telehealth capacity is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to enhance the therapy experience.
• Experience working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, veterans, or those with substance use disorders) is a plus.
