The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the digital print department, ensuring the timely and efficient production of high-quality printed materials. This role involves supervising a team of print operators, managing workflow, and maintaining print equipment to meet client demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital printing technologies, color management, and production processes within a graphic design environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Lead, train, and manage a team of operators and production staff, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of print jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time delivery of projects.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of printed materials, ensuring color accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all digital print equipment is properly maintained, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize print quality.
