Responsibilities
About the team The Ads Signals team's vision is to understand customers' behavior by collecting their online/offline activity from varied sources and connecting them across devices using robust Identity graph in a privacy compliant way. These signals power our entire ads ecosystem spanning Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights and Reporting. As a Product Manager, you will work with cross functional teams in engineering, data science, partnerships, product marketing, privacy, legal, sales and most importantly our customers to develop and deliver product offerings for our global advertisers. Responsibilities: - Drive the development of cutting-edge data connection products such as Pixels, Server-to-Server (S2S) APIs, SDKs, and partner integrations that effectively onboard signals from external sources. - Improve the quality of external signals by building a robust validation framework that enables full and effective utilization of ad signals. - Champion user privacy by onboarding and integrating user privacy choices, ensuring that downstream systems are informed and aligned with best practices in signal usage. - Work closely with diverse teams, including Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and vertical experience units. Leverage signals to empower and enhance their products, driving cohesive strategies that amplify impact across the organization. - Analyze complex business challenges and identify key opportunities to inform product development. Prioritize features that not only enhance user experience but also drive advertiser satisfaction and engagement. - Lead the creation of signal-driven ad solutions that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients. Utilize data insights to continuously improve product performance, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market. - Define and articulate a clear product strategy and roadmap, setting measurable goals to evaluate business outcomes and track progress. Engage stakeholders to align on priorities and drive initiatives forward.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of product management experience within ad tech. - Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch. - Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment. - Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion. Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding of the ads ecosystem, preferably in areas such as Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization. - BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $396000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
