Job description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. The successful candidate will provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based SIGINT components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration. The Operations Specialist will participate in forums with external organizations concerning employment, acquisition, and development of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation, and dissemination systems. The chosen candidate will also recommend and evaluate SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions for client staff and participate in the SIGINT portions of New Equipment Training (NET) and refresher training.
Required Skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Able to communicate effectively with peers and senior level staff

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

Required Experience
  • MA/MS or BA/BS plus 15 years SIGINT Analyst experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) or DOD, OR 20 years SIGINT Analyst experience

Desired Qualifications
  • Army Signals Acquisition/Exploitation Analyst MOS (35S) or equivalent

  • Experience conducting and supervising foreign signals acquisition, exploitation, and resource management during search, collection, analysis, and dissemination to enable Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), and Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) production cycles.

  • Experience searching RF transmission pathways to identify, collect, locate, and process target analog and digital signals

  • Familiarity with SIGINT New Equipment Training and refresher training
