The RF Test Engineer performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of the total system product to include: test, installation, operation. Properly employs test assets in a highly dynamic and controlles customer-driven test. Performs functional analysis and timeline analysis. The engineer will present a deep understanding of testing philosophies and methodologies within an agile test environment. #LI-HB1 Minimum Qualifications * 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or 0 years experience with Masters in related field. * Position requires interest in either Radar or Electronic Warfare System design and/or testing. * Tasking includes RF chain analysis and radar system performance analysis, as well as all aspects of test execution. * Interest in EW and Radar Signal Processing Techniques, Sensor System Integration and Test, and Electronic Warfare and Radar Performance Analysis Tools such as MATLAB is required. * Hands-on test, integration, and verification support across lab facilities requiring skills in algorithms, software, hardware, and networking. * Must have a minimun of 2 years' experience with RF test support equipment boht lab and in-filed use.Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators * Must have a basic understanding of the hazards associated with RF radiation * Support technical publications in developing for customer releases test planning, test procedures, and test reports. * Support technical and functional leadership through the identification of risk. * Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time. Deployment times will vary and typically last between two and three weeks. * Must be able to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs. * Must be able and willing to work outside in adverse weather conditions. * Up to 25% travel required, mostly CONUS Clearance: * Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks * Secret clearance minimum to start Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
