• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video calls, offering individualized care to clients seeking mental health support.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote mental health services is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with adults in outpatient settings is preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 120,000 and 140,000, offering a competitive compensation structure that reflects experience and expertise. We are also pleased to provide a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new team members.
