• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-supported therapeutic interventions for various populations, including groups, families, couples, and individuals affected by diverse mental health issues.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address clients' unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to create an integrated care approach that promotes optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance skills and stay informed on the latest research in mental health.

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to couples navigating relationship challenges, and families working through trauma and substance misuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
