Job description

Supply Chain Project Manager Location: Remote US Company: Corning Requisition Number: 73243 Role Purpose To advance the Data Center Supply Chain objectives through strategic project leadership that ensures organization execution delivery across all businesses within COC and driving measurable incremental value add to the business. Two preliminary projects include New Product Introductions (NPI) and on-premises operational value add for our customers. Leads the development of an end-to-end streamlined, integrated new product introduction (NPI) execution process. Supports and leads execution of multiple process steps to facilitate early NPI creation, visibility and broad business communication/alignment. Leads the development of a new strategic initiative that transforms, streamlines and expedites customer deployment. Leads, supports and executions additional supply chain projects as identified. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects to achieve business goals and objectives. Oversee Data Center NPIs and support development of value-added services to enhance customer deployments. Develop a streamlined, integrated NPI process with cross-functional collaboration across COC. Partner with program teams to ensure timely and transparent demand and supply alignment. Represent supply chain in AR development and PPW/SPW processes. Provide clear updates in SIOP and other forums on NPI status relative to critical timelines. Ensure BOM accuracy in SAP and manage PN loading for DC NPIs via lean processes. Experiences/Education – Required: Bachelor\'s Degree Minimum of 10 years working cross functionally Supply chain and other functional (operations, commercial, development, engineering, etc.) experiences that delivered successful outcomes Experience leading projects that deliver effective solutions Experience successfully leading multi-functional teams with & without direct reporting structure to deliver desired results Experience influencing leaders at all levels of an organization Desired skills: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree (Supply Chain) Certified Black Belt Experience working across cultures COC business experience Certified Project Manager (CPM) This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $135,540.00 - $186,368.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
