Signarama Menomonee Falls is looking for a Customer Account Specialist / Front Office Administrator to join our growing, multi-location team.
This position combines customer service, inside sales, estimating, project coordination, and marketing support. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and the communication hub that keeps projects moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sign and graphics estimates.
  • Support outside sales staff with vendor quotes and purchasing for outsourced products.
  • Coordinate project details with design, production, and installation teams.
  • Manage permits, schedules, and customer communications throughout the project.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure every job meets Signarama standards.
