Position: Sign Installer
Location: Chattanooga, TN 37408
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $27.00/hour (pay range varies based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sign Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a variety of commercial signage while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Some travel may be required depending on project locations.

Responsibilities
  • Install a wide range of commercial signs, including wall signs, channel letters, monument signs, and other exterior and interior signage.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, installation drawings, and project specifications.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other installation equipment.
  • Ensure all signage is installed accurately and meets company and customer quality standards.
  • Follow OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule.
  • Travel to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
  • Required: Previous commercial sign installation experience.
  • Ability to safely use installation tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
