Crunch Fitness is building a team of energetic & enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness. Crunch has built a NEW studio and is adding a CYLE/RIDE/SPIN classes to the schedule.

We are seeking fitness professionals who have previous teaching experience and who have a passion for making fitness fun. The Cycle Instructor will lead members, in a group environment, through formats designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance, while ensuring that the safety of the members is not compromised. The Cycle Instructor will also serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness.
We are searching for an Energized Team Player who will LEAD multiple classes during the week and some weekends. As a CYLE/RIDE/SPIN Instructor, you will be required to plan engaging lessons, ensure the proper use of bikes, and maintain the cleanliness of the workout space. You should also track attendance and ensure members are signed in to class.
To be successful as a CYLE/RIDE/SPIN instructor, you should be able to motivate all participants, regardless of their level of fitness. An outstanding Cycle instructor will promote our business's interests by encouraging participants to partake in other classes as well.
Cycle Instructor Requirements:
  • Demonstrate experience as a spin instructor.
  • Vibrant and personable disposition.
  • Ability to motivate and challenge individuals to attain their fitness-related goals.
  • Be in good physical shape to conduct the spin classes.
  • Ensuring fun and creative lesson plans that are appropriate for all fitness levels.
  • Creating and maintaining a playlist of appropriate music for each class.
  • Delivering lessons through the use of verbal instructions.
  • Ensuring that participants use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Organizing themed spin classes to attract clients and maintain interest.
  • Ensuring that the microphone, sound system and spinning bikes are in excellent condition at all time

Experience:
  • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
  • Indoor Cycle Certification, Schwinn Preferred (Must)
  • Group Fitness Certification (Within 60 days of hire)
  • AED Certification (Preferred)
