Description:

Norman Love Confections is hiring a full time/seasonal packhouse associate. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour based on experience. Over-time available.


This position works in outbound operations, helping the team to complete daily tasks on the packaging line, in order fulfilment (including product picking), packing & shipping. In addition to the daily upkeep required for a successful outbound operation such and staging materials or orders for daily operations. Following daily cleaning and sanitation procedures and assisting other team member where needed.

Schedule Expectations:

The Shipping Associate will primarily be working a daytime shift Monday through Friday. Scheduling is always based on business need, so on occasion work might be extended into the evening or on the weekend.


Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for the Shipping Associate include but are not limited to the following.


Business Operations:

  • Packing products into shipping parcels, along with validating the contents of shipments within parcels
  • Ensuring all purchased products are accounted for 
  • Responsible for adhering to set standards, policies, and procedures. 
  • Verify Order numbers in small font 
  • Keeping workstations clean 


Customer Service:

  • Assist in investigating customer complaints regarding shipping mishaps
