Print & Sign Production TechnicianSir Speedy | Longwood, FL
$18.00–$22.00/hr

Full-Time | 32–40 hours per week

Sir Speedy Longwood is a locally owned, nationally recognized printing, signage, and marketing company serving Central Florida businesses for more than 35 years.
We produce everything from business cards and marketing materials to vehicle graphics, dimensional signage, apparel, and custom displays. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new equipment, and seeing projects come to life, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  •  Operate digital and large-format printers 
  •  Assist with prepress, file setup, and quality checks 
  •  Produce signs using laminators, vinyl equipment, and CNC routers 
  •  Perform trimming, mounting, laminating, masking, assembly, and finishing 
  •  Operate finishing equipment including cutters, folders, and binding equipment 
  •  Package completed jobs for pickup, delivery, or installation 
  •  Assist with apparel production using DTF and heat press equipment 
  •  Support on-site sign and graphic installations when needed 
  •  Maintain equipment, organize the production floor, and help manage inventory 
  •  Follow production schedules, job tickets, and quality standards 
What We're Looking For
  •  Print, sign, or production experience preferred 
  •  Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship 
  •  Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning production equipment 
  •  Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Reliable, accountable, and a team player 
  •  Able to stand for extended periods and lift production materials 
  •  Valid driver's license required 
Preferred Experience
  •  3+ years of print or sign production experience 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent
