We are seeking a Product Support Specialist for our Endurant, Washroom Systems, and Signscape, Architectural Signage divisions to handle the daily sales and customer service support functions for our product team. 

Job Summary: 
The Product Support Specialist is a member of the Product Management team supporting Inpro sales and customer service with product data, custom quotes, and technical information, becoming a go-to product expert. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset, and an interest in learning more about product management. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Sales Support: Answer a variety of product questions from inside and outside sales teams, building up a knowledge base of common questions and answers. 
  • Order Entry Support: Create custom part numbers for the sales and customer service teams. 
  • Customer Support: Verify dimensions on customer supplied order forms and send to vendors for quotes. 
  • Product Development: Enter purchase orders and requests for new product samples and materials. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide product data and information upon request and help product managers develop internal product information resources. 

          Qualifications:  

          • 2-year technical degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience. 
          • Ability to make good decisions, prioritize tasks and follow through to completion. 
          • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 
          • Working knowledge of office equipment and software applications.
