What Youll Do
As a Field Lead Sign Installer, youll lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality on every job.
Lead and assist with installation of custom signage (yard signs to billboards)
Load, transport, and install signage safely and efficiently
Review work orders, measurements, and site requirements
Operate bucket trucks, cranes, augers, and power tools
Ensure job site safety and compliance with company standards
Communicate with team members and customers professionally
Complete job documentation and reports
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment


Work Environment
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Work at heights up to 40 feet +
Hands-on, physically active role
Travel within Georgia and surrounding states (limited overnight)


Requirements (Must-Have)
