What You’ll Do
As a Field Lead Sign Installer, you’ll lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality on every job.
•    Lead and assist with installation of custom signage (yard signs to billboards)
•    Load, transport, and install signage safely and efficiently
•    Review work orders, measurements, and site requirements
•    Operate bucket trucks, cranes, augers, and power tools
•    Ensure job site safety and compliance with company standards
•    Communicate with team members and customers professionally
•    Complete job documentation and reports
•    Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment


Work Environment
•    Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
•    Work at heights up to 40 feet +
•    Hands-on, physically active role
•    Travel within Georgia and surrounding states (limited overnight)


Requirements (Must-Have)
•    Clean driving record (required)

•    High school diploma or GED
