We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and remodeling, with expertise in various installation techniques. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with power tools. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
  • Perform installation tasks including but not limited to plumb, caulking, plastering, and stucco application.
  • Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various installation projects.
  • Construct concrete forms as needed for specific installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.
