Position: Meraki Technician

Location: Secaucus NJ

Employment - 4  Month Contract

Requirements

  • Knowledge of mobile devices technology, android and ios, as well as Verifone and Zebra hardware. Of course, the "manufacturer" is not a 100% Understanding of WiFi, and specifically around mobile hardware
  • Cisco equipment, Meraki and plus. May need to support staging issues
  • Validate field techs installation work by using provided checklists: Meraki gear, mobile equipment, register installation and configuration, VoIP testing with field techs, circuit cutovers. This will include testing with store manager and getting sign off.
  • Escalation support from helpdesk: mobile equipment, network issues, circuit issues,

Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: end of June, may extend through July
  • Start time: on rollout days, 6 am - 7 am
  • End time: TBD, working hours each week will definitely extend past 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility: required, weekends
  • Support: projects and operational. Will work with techs and store personnel. Must be able to work with and relate to all skillsets.
