SLOT TECHNICIAN II | Slots – Legends Bay Casino

PAY RATE STARTING AT $26 PER HOUR

Slot Technician II

We’re looking for an experienced Slot Technician who can manage a shift with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive team. Previous experience is required for this position. If you have hands-on skills, enjoy troubleshooting, and thrive in a fast; paced environment then this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

· Perform maintenance and cleaning on slot machines

· Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical components

· Assist with machine moves, installs, and conversions

· Support floor operations for guests

· Help resolve guest issues related to machines

· Follow all gaming regulations and company procedures

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

  • Complete knowledge and experience with slot machine diagnostics and repairs including CPU boards, PCB boards, monitors, power supplies and other various parts.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a slot technician.
  • Must be familiar with AC/DC theory.
  • Strong electronics, mechanical and bench repair skills.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.  
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma and/or GED required.
  • Must present a clean well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from team members and guests.
  • Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
  • Must have the ability to successfully interact with other team members and management.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
  • Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.
