Lead HVAC InstallerEarn Up to $93,600 + $5,000 Signing Bonus
Are you an experienced HVAC installer who can take ownership of complex projects and deliver high-quality work from start to finish?
We are hiring a Lead HVAC Installer with strong residential, commercial, boiler, and hydronic installation experience. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who can independently manage installations, solve problems in the field, communicate professionally with customers, and provide direction to helpers or apprentices.

Your Responsibilities
As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will:
  • Independently manage residential and commercial installation projects from start to finish
  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, tankless water heaters, and commercial systems
  • Complete cast-iron and condensing boiler installations
  • Perform boiler piping and hydronic system work
  • Complete copper water piping using soft soldering, brazing, and ProPress
  • Wire HVAC equipment, controls, thermostats, and accessories
  • Start up, test, and commission newly installed systems
  • Confirm proper system operation, safety, and performance
  • Read installation plans and follow manufacturer specifications
  • Ensure work complies with applicable codes and quality standards
  • Organize job sites and assign responsibilities to helpers or apprentices
  • Safely assist with ladder-lift and crane-assisted equipment setting
  • Maintain accurate job documentation
  • Explain system operation and maintenance to customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You’ll Need
  • At least five years of HVAC installation experience
  • Ability to independently complete residential and commercial HVAC installations
  • Strong experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and commercial equipment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and installation skills
  • Ability to organize projects and direct helpers when assigned
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment
  • Willingness to work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor environments
Boiler and Hydronic Experience Is Required
Candidates must have:
  • Hands-on cast-iron boiler installation experience
  • Condensing boiler installation experience
  • Advanced boiler piping and hydronic system knowledge
  • Strong copper water piping and soldering skills
  • Experience with soft soldering, brazing, and ProPress
  • The ability to immediately run boiler installations with little to no additional training
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA Certification
  • NATE Certification
  • Tankless water heater installation experience
  • Experience training or mentoring apprentices and helpers
    Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing at each milestone to receive the applicable payment. Unpaid future installments will be forfeited if employment ends before the corresponding payment date.
