What You Will Do

  • Lead all field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects
  • Supervise foremen, electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and trade partners
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules
  • Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners, and Engineers
  • Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Participate in pull planning, scheduling, and coordination meetings
  • Manage daily reports, project documentation, and field communications
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule

What We Are Seeking

  • Electrical construction leadership experience
  • Experience managing large commercial construction projects
  • Experience with Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Hospitals, Healthcare Campuses, Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, or other large commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, feeders, and electrical installation methods
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
