As a Helper, you will work side-by-side with experienced master carpenters and installers, learning the ins and outs of high-end millwork. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Installation Support: Assist with the installation of custom kitchens, closets, built-in furniture, and high-end finish carpentry.

  • Site Preparation & Safety: Protect clients' homes by covering floors, walls, and furniture before work begins. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the day.

  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and safely transport tools, materials, high-end cabinets, and equipment to and from the job site.

  • Hands-On Craftsmanship: Learn to measure, cut, assemble, drill, fasten, and install premium materials under direct supervision.

  • Post-Job Cleanup: Clear out construction debris and ensure the workspace is spotless at the end of each workday.

  • Teamwork: Follow instructions closely from supervisors and collaborate effectively with the installation crew.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

You don’t need to be an expert yet—we will teach you. However, you must bring the right attitude and work ethic:

  • Reliability: You are punctual, responsible, and show up ready to work every single day.

  • Drive to Learn: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn the finish carpentry and cabinetry trade.

  • Tools & Logistics: Comfortable using (or learning to use) basic hand and power tools.

  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy construction materials and cabinetry.

  • Respect: High attention to detail and absolute respect for our clients' high-end homes and properties.

  • Background: Construction, remodeling, or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What We Offer

  • Paid Apprenticeship: Get paid to learn finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, and luxury installation techniques from the best in the business.

  • Career Advancement: We reward hard work. Clear pathways to elevate your role and pay as your skills grow.

  • Premium Experience: Work on stunning, high-end residential and commercial projects you can be proud of.

  • Great Culture: A supportive, professional, and safety-first team environment.

  • Stability: Consistent year-round work with a rapidly growing local company.

  • The Bonus: A loyalty sign-on bonus to celebrate your one-year anniversary with the team!
