Job Number: R0240344 Intelligence Collection Requirements Manager The Opportunity: As an Intelligence Collections Requirements Manager, you will help guide Army intelligence and the greater IC in multi-INT collections, determining and addressing questions efficiently and effectively. As an operationally focused subject matter expert, your knowledge of the collections management process and the intelligence cycle will be integral to identifying relevant and timely collection requirements, as well as designing strategies and leveraging resources to address these requirements to support the DoW and the Army's intelligence mission. As an Intelligence Collection Requirements manager within our team, you'll assist clients in comprehending and implementing the most effective strategies to acquire the data required to meet their objectives. Drawing upon your expertise in collecting platform capabilities and applications, you'll guide clients in the development of comprehensive collection strategies that integrate information from intelligence sources, including but not limited to SIGINT, HUMINT and MASINT to facilitate intelligence production in support of analysts, collectors, and operations. You will validate collected information and employ collection analysis tradecraft to refine and enhance analytic rigor and collection strategies addressing both existing and emerging problem sets for intelligence analysts, warfighters, senior policy makers, internal clients, and stakeholders across the intelligence community. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: * 5+ years of experience conducting, enabling, or directly supporting intelligence collection activities or operations
* Experience utilizing collection management information systems and intelligence tasking and collection processes and controls
* Experience coordinating requirements across intelligence collection community of interest
* Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities
* Ability to collaborate with intelligence analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches
* Ability to liaise with partners across the IC and DoW to innovate and enable intelligence integration
* Ability to monitor collection environments to identify collection opportunities and e nga ge with analysts
* Ability to monitor and review standing requirements and validate requirements
* TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in intelligence collection management, Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in intelligence collection management, or 10+ years of experience in intelligence collection management in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: * Experience using intelligence automated systems and tools
* Experience with the Army and ground force intelligence
* Completion of a DoW Certified Collection Managers Course or IC Collection Managers Course Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
