We are also the largest Window and Door Brokerage in Western Canada, providing those products to Builders and Contractors across Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan for Supply Only. We're scaling aggressively and looking for a closer who thrives on turning stalled quotes into signed contracts.

*MAXgreen believes that homeowners should NOT have to replace windows, siding and roofing every 10-20 years.*
*MAXgreen believes that renovations should be CLEAN and STRESS-FREE.*
*MAXgreen believes that every business has a responsibility to GIVE BACK to their community.*
*MAXgreen believes that all homeowners deserve to be protected from the greatest threat to their home - Water Damage.*
MAXgreen is ALWAYS improving and expanding in ALL WAYS.
Please do NOT apply if you do not believe in the above as our team culture is more valuable than any level of experience.

The Role

This is a pure closing role — you don't need to generate new leads. Every quote in the pipeline that's gone 14+ days without a status update automatically becomes yours to work. You'll re-engage the client, bring them into the showroom, present the product, handle objections, and close the deal that another rep couldn't get to.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the full pipeline of quotes auto-flagged at 14+ days with no logged client activity
  • Re-engage cold/stalled leads by phone, text, and email to book a showroom visit
  • Run in-showroom product presentations — windows, siding, and roofing samples/materials
  • Present financing/payment options and structure deals to fit budget
  • Handle pricing objections, warranty questions, and competitor comparisons in person
  • Finalize contracts and collect signatures/deposits
  • Log all activity in Jobber/CRM; report weekly on close rate, average deal size, and pipeline aging

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Comprehensive benefits after 3 months: health, dental, vision, specialist coverage, life insurance, and disability insurance

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Have a track record closing high-consideration purchases ($10K+) in showroom, retail, or in-home sales (renovation, solar, HVAC, auto, or similar)
  • Are comfortable reviving a lead and asking for the signature
  • Are comfortable with Value-Based Selling rather than just Priced-Based
  • Can diagnose fast why a deal stalled — price, trust, timing, competitor
  • Are organized enough to manage 30-50+ open aged quotes without letting any slip further

To Apply

Tell us your target total compensation and why you are worth that investment, based on your track record.

Company Description

MAXgreen Windows, Siding and Roofing believes in Bringing a White-Collar Professionalism to a Blue-Collar Industry.

We EARN Customer Referrals and Online Reviews by going over and above for EVERY project, always ADDING VALUE instead of cutting corners like is common in our industry.

The lowest price is NOT the most important to our customers - VALUE for the investment, QUALITY of our Workmanship, and CUSTOMER SERVICE by all of our team members is why homeowners choose us to protect their most important investment from expensive water damage.
