About the Opportunity Ideal Siding Utah is expanding its network of qualified siding subcontractors and is looking to connect with experienced crews for current and upcoming projects. This is a subcontractor opportunity for ongoing and upcoming projects as opportunities arise, specifically focusing on large-scale commercial renovations and new construction builds.
We Are Especially Looking For Crews With Experience In:
  • Commercial exterior siding projects (both renovation and new construction)
  • Multi-family / multi-unit projects
  • Standard exterior systems (Hardie, vinyl) handled at scale
  • Exterior painting and the installation of custom materials

Crew Requirements:
  • Established siding crew with multiple installers
  • Proven siding experience specifically on commercial or multi-family sites
  • Own tools, heavy equipment, scaffolding, and transportation
  • Ability to meet strict project timelines and quality standards
  • Must have proper liability and workers' comp insurance, as well as required licensing
