Job description

Here at ABC Seamless the Siding Installer/Foreman plays a crucial role in both executing and overseeing the installation of seamless metal siding on various job sites. Leading a medium-sized team of 4-7 members, this position balances hands-on installation work with supervisory responsibilities to ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and effective team coordination. Occasional travel with overnights is required.

Responsibilities

  • Install seamless metal siding with precision and attention to detail
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 installers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance on job sites
