Job description

UFP Site Built dba Exterior Design Londonderry is currently looking for Installers to join the team in Londonderry, NH. We specialize in proven exterior cladding solutions that deliver long-term performance, streamlined installation, and a clean, finished look-trusted by builders and developers across the industry.

Job Description - Carpenter/Cladding Installer

  • Work closely with Project Foreman and/or Project Manager to provide project field support and installation of commercial cladding products
  • Ability to research and understand installation procedures and requirements for various cladding products such as, but not limited to, Fiber Cement, Aluminum Composite Metal, Sub Framing Systems and Metal Panel Systems
  • Effectively communicate, understand and coordinate project tasks as assigned by project supervisor
  • Ensure compliance and conformity with project and company safety policies and procedures for all company assigned tasks
  • Basic ability to read, interpret and track, blueprints and other contract drawings and documentation
  • Stay current with and understand project changes and revisions in scope of work
  • Understand production demands and material needs to ensure scheduling goals can be achieved
  • Responsible for project installation and quality control measures
  • Responsible for personal means of transportation to and from the project site
  • Capable of standing/walking for the majority of the work day, including frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, including overhead, along with pushing and pulling.
  • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 65lbs.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, based on company and project production needs to ensure project goals and requirements are being achieved

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years experience in Commercial Cladding
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Basic Communication and Time Management Skills
  • Basic Construction Drawing and Blueprint Reading skills
  • Must be capable of operating jobsite equipment such as, but not limited to, forklifts and aerial lifts and maintain required training certifications
  • Own personal hand tools required to complete commercial cladding/siding installation
  • OSHA 10 or ability to obtain within 10 days from Date of Hire

Hourly Pay Range: $25+ per hour (dependent on experience)*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
