Who We Are

Rally Construction Group (RCG) is the construction division at the heart of the Rally family of companies, which spans healthcare; humanitarian and defense; residential, custom, and commercial construction; and transportation services. Grounded in our faith-forward approach, we are committed to stewardship, operational excellence, and meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

We're not building an ordinary company — and we're not looking for ordinary leaders.

At our core, we believe great organizations are built by healthy, intentional, and high-character leaders. Culture isn't an afterthought here; it's our competitive advantage. We invest deeply in you because we know that when our people grow, the company grows.

We're looking for a skilled Siding Installer to install exterior siding systems on new residential homes. You'll work with a team to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to Rally Construction Group's quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Install vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, or other siding systems
  • Measure, cut, and fit siding materials according to plans
  • Install starter strips, trim, flashing, soffit, fascia, and other exterior components
  • Ensure siding is properly aligned, fastened, and weather resistant
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain production schedules while delivering quality workmanship
  • Follow all company safety standards

What You Need

  • Previous residential siding installation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of siding systems, installation techniques, and exterior building materials
  • Ability to read a tape measure and use common construction tools
  • Ability to work at heights using ladders and scaffolding
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite

Benefits with RallyX, the management platform for RCG, include:

  • Insurance—Health, Dental, Vision for Full-Time employees
  • 401k plan with matching investment
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays

If you're someone with conviction, humility, and the courage to build something that matters — and you want to change the world alongside a team that refuses to drift into mediocrity — we invite you to join us.
