Join Integrity Roofing & Siding in San Antonio, TX, as a Customer Service and Production Planning Coordinator! In this dynamic role, you will be the vital link between our customers and production teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. This is an owner/operator small business where the owners are involved, supportive and present in the success of the company!
Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers
  • Coordinate customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of activity per job, per project
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project statuses
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to align customer expectations with deliverables
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Handle contract intake process and production scheduling
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and production metrics for management review
  • Support back-office procedures and vendor relationships
