Responsibilities:

  • Hardie Siding Installation: Proficiently install James Hardie fiber cement siding according to industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail in all siding installations to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Timeline Management: Complete projects within specified timelines, coordinating with project managers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and the team.
  • Material Handling: Responsible for proper handling, cutting, and installation of James Hardie siding materials to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

  • Southwest Exteriors’ requirements are a minimum of $2 million in coverage for Comprehensive General Liability and $1 million for Workers Compensation, as well as Automobile Liability Insurance.
