Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our Outside Sales team serving the Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee market.

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process.

No roofing experience required.
We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the business and succeed.

Reporting Location:

 Lenoir City, TN 37771
This is a field-based position serving the Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee market. Local travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually
Pay: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission
Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule:
Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments

Travel:
Local travel throughout the assigned market

What You’ll Do
As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners and help them navigate their exterior restoration needs from the initial inspection through project completion.
  •  Generate and develop new customer opportunities. 
  •  Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property inspections. 
  •  Identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities. 
  •  Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions. 
  •  Prepare project estimates and scopes of work. 
  •  Present solutions and close sales. 
  •  Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers. 
  •  Manage customer relationships throughout the project. 
  •  Coordinate with internal production teams. 
  •  Maintain accurate customer and project information. 
  •  Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
