Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $18 to $22.50 per hour
Shift:
1st shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm;
2nd shift, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm;
3rd shift, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am
Location: Manteno, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.50 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor dough processing and forming equipment to ensure consistent quality and size
  • Use crimping and forming equipment for shaping and sealing products
  • Manage automated bagging and packaging machinery, ensuring proper sealing, labeling, and product coding
  • Operate industrial ovens, freezers, and other equipment to maintain optimal temperatures and production flow
  • Troubleshoot and make routine adjustments to machinery to maintain efficiency
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and GMP standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to perform routine maintenance
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; bilingual a plus
