Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Montclair, NJ
Reports To: VP of Supply Chain
Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, process customer orders, track inbound shipments, help maintain inventory levels, resolve shipping delays, shortages and inventory discrepancies. The role will also require critical thinking so the company can continue to improve in processes and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Track inbound shipments and delivery schedules
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
Work with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure timely shipments
Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment schedules
Assist with shipping delays, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
Maintain supply chain data in ERP or inventory systems
Prepare reports on inventory, lead times, freight costs, and service levels
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Skills Required
