  1. Transportation:
  • Safely operate the hotel's shuttle van to transport passengers to and from specified locations, such as airports, local attractions, and corporate offices.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  1. Guest Satisfaction:
  • Greet passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor, offering assistance with luggage and ensuring a pleasant journey.
  • Address passenger inquiries, provide information about the hotel and local area, and offer recommendations if requested.
  1. Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users.

The physical requirements include extended walking, standing, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and lifting up to 100 pounds. While performing job duties, the associate is required to listen, speak and write. The job requires close and distance vision with or without corrective lenses. This position is required to operate a motor vehicle.
