Job description

What you will be doing

  • Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms. Accurately tag and store luggage for guest as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage. Open entrance door for and warmly greet/welcome all guests.
  • Safely shuttle guests from the hotel to the airport and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure the front lobby; front interior and exterior entrances are clean and inviting.
  • May provide directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions.

Salary range for this position starts at (based on experience):$11.41 hr.It is not unusual for this position to receive regular tip income. Tips are not guaranteed and can be highly dependent on volume of guests, driver effort and overall transportation and service experience.

Full Time Associates at the Hilton Minneapolis Airport are eligible for group health insurance including, Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance. Additional benefits include Parental Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. The Hilton Minneapolis Airport reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

What we are looking for

  • Requires a valid state driver's license (or chauffeur's license if required) and safely drive guest vehicles and/or shuttle van.
  • Customer Service Focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations
  • Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!

Part time, hours vary, however schedule can be consistent from week to week and relatively predictable.
